VP, Global Marketing
As the Vice President, Global Marketing, Caroline is a member of Reebok’s executive leadership team and is responsible for Brand Communications and Storytelling, Advertising and Marketing Operations, Partnerships, Communications & Media Planning, Social Media, Events and Public Relations.
With over 16 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing and social media, Caroline has a strong background developing 360 ROI-driven marketing programs, strategizing and executing Direct-to-Consumer, omni-channel marketing initiatives, as well as establishing and fostering high performance teams. She specializes in creating online content and developing the seasonal go-to-market plan to align with the brand vision and support business goals.
Caroline is a strong leader with a clear vision and is tenacious in pursuit of results. Since joining Reebok in 2017, she’s held several senior marketing roles, including Sr. Director, Brand Comms for both Classics and Performance, and most recently as the Sr. Director, Global Brand Marketing and Operations.
Prior to Reebok, Caroline lived in New York City and held various brand marketing roles at Ralph Lauren, Martha Stewart and Time Inc., where she developed and executed ROI-driven marketing programs.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University.
