As Vice President of HR, Lenka drives HR strategy design and implementation across the global Reebok organization. She is a part of the Reebok’s senior team.
In her role, Lenka is responsible for ensuring that Reebok puts its employees at the heart of everything the company does. She directs the HR strategy, ensuring a consistent employee life cycle experience through best-in-class HR initiatives, programs and activities.
Prior to joining Reebok, Lenka worked in various roles in the financial industry, including Vice President HR for State Street. Her exhaustive experience spans across all aspects of human resources, particularly HR strategy, employee relations, compensation and analytics, organizational development, change management and talent management.
Lenka loves running, skiing, hiking and practices yoga most days. She loves spending time with her two children and exposing them to different parts of the world through her other passion, travel.
Lenka holds an MS in Organizational Psychology from American University, and an MS and BS in Economics and International Relations from the University of Economics Prague.
